By using InvoiceApp ("the Software"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. License Grant

HoopoeGem grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the version of the Software that you purchased for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

Your license permits continued use of the version you purchased. Future major releases, features, or editions may require a separate purchase or upgrade.

All data (invoices, settings) is stored locally in your browser. We do not store your data on our servers. You are responsible for backing up your data using the Export Backup feature. We are not responsible for data loss caused by clearing browser cache or local storage.

InvoiceApp is provided as a business tool only and does not constitute accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of invoices, calculations, records, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. HoopoeGem does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. The version of the Software that you purchased may continue to be used on supported platforms and browsers. HoopoeGem does not guarantee ongoing compatibility with future operating systems, browsers, or third-party services.

9. Service Availability

HoopoeGem may update, modify, or discontinue development of the Software at any time. Your purchase grants you the right to use the version of the Software that you purchased, subject to these Terms. While we may provide updates, bug fixes, or new features, we are under no obligation to continue development, maintenance, or support indefinitely. Future major releases may require a separate purchase or upgrade. Because InvoiceApp stores data locally within your browser, you are responsible for maintaining backups using the built-in backup feature. HoopoeGem is not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, browser settings, clearing browser data, local storage removal, or other circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee compatibility with future browsers, operating systems, or third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoopoeGem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data.
