After purchase, you'll receive a license key via email. Open InvoiceApp, go to the License tab, enter your email and license key, then click Activate License. PDF export will unlock immediately.
Each license key is valid for one device (one activation). If you need to use the app on multiple computers, you can purchase additional licenses. However, you can deactivate a license from one device and reactivate on another – contact support for assistance.
InvoiceApp stores your invoices and settings in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser cache will permanently delete all your invoice data. This is different from manually deleting individual invoices inside the app. To avoid data loss, always use the Export Backup feature in the Settings tab. We cannot recover lost data because we do not store it on our servers.
No – after the initial load, it works entirely offline in your browser. You only need internet to activate your license (once) and to access the app initially.
All sales are final. Because you receive a permanent, non‑transferable license key immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds. If you encounter technical issues, contact support and we will help resolve them.
