What does my purchase include?

Your purchase includes a license for the current major version of InvoiceApp.
You may continue using the version you purchased indefinitely.
Future major releases may be offered as separate paid upgrades.

How do I activate my license?

After purchase, you'll receive a license key via email. Open InvoiceApp, go to the License tab, enter your email and license key, then click Activate License. PDF export unlocks immediately.

Can I use InvoiceApp on multiple devices?

Your license key works on up to 2 personal devices (e.g., desktop + laptop). If you need it on more devices, contact support to deactivate one and reactivate another.

What happens if I clear my browser data?

InvoiceApp stores your invoices and settings in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser cache will permanently delete all your invoice data. Always use the Export Backup feature in the Settings tab to keep your data safe. We cannot recover lost data.

Do I need an internet connection to use InvoiceApp?

No — after the initial load, it works entirely offline in your browser. You only need internet to activate your license (once) and to access the app initially.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are generally not offered after license delivery. If you experience a technical issue, please contact support and we will work with you to resolve it.

I lost my license key – what should I do?

Email us at hoopoegem@gmail.com with your purchase email, and we'll resend your key.

Do future versions require another purchase?

Your license covers the version you purchased.
Minor updates and bug fixes may be included at our discretion.
Future major releases (such as Version 2.0 or later) may require a separate purchase.

What happens if support is discontinued?

InvoiceApp is designed to work locally in your browser.
The version you purchased will continue to function on supported browsers even if future development or support ends.
