How to Use InvoiceApp

1. Set up your business: Open Settings and enter your business name, address, email, and upload a logo.
2. Create a new invoice: Click "New Invoice," add your customer's details, line items, and due date.
3. Record payments: When payment arrives, mark the invoice as paid — or enter a partial amount to track outstanding balances.
4. Export to PDF: Click "Export PDF" to open your browser's print dialog and save a clean PDF copy.

Free vs. Licensed

The free tier lets you create up to 5 invoices with full editing and tracking. To unlock unlimited invoices and PDF export, purchase a one-time license for $39 — no subscription, no recurring fees. Your license works offline and is validated securely through our Cloudflare Worker.

Is my data safe? Yes. InvoiceApp runs entirely in your browser using localStorage. Nothing is ever uploaded to a server.

Do I need an internet connection? No. Once the page loads, InvoiceApp works fully offline.

What happens after I buy a license? You'll receive a license key by email. Enter it on the License page to unlock PDF export and unlimited invoices.

Can I use InvoiceApp on multiple devices? Yes — use the Export Backup / Import Backup feature in Settings to move your data between devices.
